By placing an order with Rachael's Flowers you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


Flowers

Due to some flowers only being available at certain times of the year we may need to substitute with a flower either to the same or greater value and quality to fulfill your order.

Flowers are perishable goods and therefore not included in the 7 day cooling off period applicable to other goods under the distance selling regulations.


Delivery

All deliveries will be made on the date required on the order. Should the recipient not be home, your flowers will be left either with a neighbour or in a secure place for example a shed or garage and a card will be posted through the recipient's letterbox to inform them. If neither of these options are possible we will try to redeliver when convenient but this may incur an extra delivery charge depending on the area. 


Payment

You can pay online through our secure checkout that is supported by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account; all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Your card details are not passed onto Rachael's Flowers or any other third party.


Complaints

Rachael's Flowers prides itself on it's excellent reputation and want you to be happy with the product you receive. If you have any complaints regarding the product you received please let us know within 48 hours. We will investigate your complaint and if found to be genuine we will either issue a replacement or a refund. 

We cannot accept any complaints after 7 days due to flowers being a perishable item.
